My clients range from the general public to professional athletes, as long as they have the same goal, and that is to improve performance and health. I have no interest in training people who just want to look good, health is far more important. Whether you want to improve your conditioning during the off season, or during the season, conditioning is very important if you want to perform at your best. It will greatly improve all aspects of your game.

What makes me different from other trainers?

I have been lucky enough to intern with one of the best sports conditioners in the country, who has a wealth of experience and has studied with the best in the world. So the information and knowledge I have acquired in regards to training and nutrition is cutting edge. If you want to perform at your best then you need to be training not only hard, but in the right way.

Training

The principle of our training is to improve your athleticism and build strength. Also to build character and strength of mind by pushing yourself harder every training session. YOU MUST NEVER MISS AN OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE. Big compound exercises that stimulate you neurologically WHY to grow muscle, strength, power and speed are the exercises that are beneficial to all that want to improve performance. Abs curls and chest presses are not going to make you a better competitor, they are isolation exercises which mean you are building strength.
