Education on what to eat and why, this is likely to be one of the biggest factors in improving performance. A basic fitness tests so that performance can be monitored, and to make sure that you are improving with every session. A nutritional plan and training programme will be drawn following your initial consultation, this will set you on your way to achieving you full potential.
"Since training with Josh I feel fitter, stronger and in better shape than I have ever been. I started to see results within 4 weeks and my body shape has changed dramatically. I have had personal trainers previously and always found myself in the gym 5/6 times per week doing the same exercises and never quite achieving what I wanted. I now know I was wasting my time and more importantly I have learnt why! The sessions are always dynamic and different and he always motivates me and pushes me to my limits. I know I would never work this hard training on my own - I am just too lazy! I have learnt so much from Josh and the biggest lesson I have learnt is; it is not how much you train but how you train.
